Invite member
All team plans come with unlimited teams and members. The owner or administrator of a team can invite other users to join their team.
Only an administrator or owner of a team can invite other members!
If you are an owner or administrator of an existing team, you can invite other users to the team and assign a user role.
How can I invite members to my team?
You can invite other users to be a part of the team through the members page. Only the users with administrator
privileges or the owner
of the team can invite members.

You can send an invitation to any email, even for a user who doesn't have a Fynlink account!
The invitation will be sent as an email. The person receiving the invitation can create an account and then join the team, by clicking the link in the email. If the person already has an account, will also get notified inside the application.
- Click on the
Members
link from the left navigation menu. You will be redirected to the corresponding page. - Click on the
Add member
button to launch the side panel. Alternatively you can also click on the largeAdd new member
panel, visible when there are no members already in the team. - Enter the email address of the desired user in the
Email
field and select the appropriate user role from the list. Click onAdd
button to send the invitation. - All pending invitations can be seen in the
Pending invitations
tab. You will be notified once the person accepts or rejects your invitation.

Can I send team invitation to any one?
Yes, it does not matter if the person with the email does not already have an account in Fynlink. The invitation link can be used to create a new account and accept or reject the invitation.
