Join an existing team

To join an existing team, you need to first get a team invitation. Contact the team administrator or owner to send an invitation.


You need an invitation to join an existing team!

You need to ask an administrator or owner of an existing team to send you a team invitation. invitations are send to an email, make sure to give the correct email address to the team admin.

How can I join an existing team?

There are many ways you can join an existing team, provided you have got a valid team invitation.

⚡ When signing up to the application

You don't need to purchase a subscription to join a team!

To join an existing team, you just need to have an account in our application. Any user can join an existing team, even without an active subscription!

  • After creating an account in the application & your email is validated, you will be redirected to the welcome page. If you have got a team invitation, it will be displayed here. Click on the View Invitation button to read the invitation.

  • A side panel will be opened to the right side of the screen. You will be able to see the details of the team invitation. Click on the Accept button to join the team.

⚡ Accept invitation from email

  • You will get an email regarding the team invitation almost instantly after the admin added you to a team. Open the mail and click on the Accept invitation button. You will be asked to sign in, if not already signed in. Once signed in, the invitation will be automatically accepted. If you do not have an account with us, you can accept the invitation after creating an account.

⚡ Accept invitation from notification panel

You should already have an account at the time of invitation to accept it from notification panel!

If you already have an account at the time of receiving an invitation, you can make use of the notification panel to quickly accept or reject a team invitation.

  • If you already have an account in our platform, you will get a notification within the web application about the team invitation. Click on the notification icon which is on the top right part of the header menu.

  • This will open the notification panel. Click on the invitation notification.

  • A side panel will be opened to the right side of the screen. You will be able to see the details of the team invitation. Click on the Accept button to join the team.

⚡ Accept invitation from the application inbox

All users have access to the inbox!

If you already have an account, or you have just signed up, you will have access to the inbox feature. All new team invitations will be shown in inbox. Once you accept or reject an invitation, it will be automatically cleared from the inbox!

  • Click in the top right corner of the header menu, where the user avatar is displayed, and click on the inbox link.

  • You will be redirected to the inbox page. Click on the corresponding team invitation.

Who can accept a team invitation?

Any person with a valid email address can create an account on our platform and accept team invitation. No subscription is required to join an existing team and start using Fynlink.
